At A Loss...

I'm actually a very proud and patriotic person. I love my country, and fully support our men and women who fight and give their lives to defend our freedom. Given the chance I would do the same. Before I get any bullshit over the whole well you had your chance at eighteen, I'll say this. I went to enlist in the Navy, wanted to become a SEAL, but I have a problem with my hip that kept me out. As soon as the recruiter found out what it was, he told me that I would be more of a risk than an asset to the nations military, and given my condidtion none of the branches would be able to accept me. But, trust me, given the chance, I'll sit on my back porch and pick 'em off as they run if the need ever arises. And, I also have strong feeling toward the Confederate States of America, may they rest peacefully, and long live their souls. And, that has absoultly nothing to do with slavery or racism. I believe that every man and women should have TRULY  egual rights and privledges. You should be rewarded and punished in life for your deeds not the color of your skin or they kind of reproductive organs between your legs. I do not believe that I should get a job over you because I'm white, nor should you get it over me because your black, and our company has to fill their quota. Same with women, you shouldn't get that promotion because you have a vagina and I don't, I don't care how you used it to get the job. The way I see it, is if you can do the work you should get the job, if you can't do the work, than get to kickin rocks and find something else.

But, our government doesn't want things this way, they want to keep racism alive and sexism alive, and poorism and fatism and gingerism, and all the other isms alive because it's big money for them. It gives them a chance to give themselves a tax free bonus written into the bill that provides funds to study the reasons for hate crimes against raddishes. They want you to fear Usama bin Laden, they want you to fear a plane hijacking, they want you to rely on them so they can keep their fucking jobs. If we don't rely on the government, they would not have their jobs. If the congress men relied on us to vote them in because of how well they do with what they have to work with, they would be changed out a whole lot more often. Our government wants us to live under their unhindered and utterly stupid rule. This had become a dictatorship with the camoflauge of a democracy. Oh, I can't take a bottle of Suave shampoo on a plane for my own safety and the safety of others??? What the fuck??? Like a plane getting hijacked happens daily, fuck off. I refuse to fly now a days. Not that I flew much in the first place. But, still if I ever decide to travel to Europe or overseas, I'll either take a boat or drive to fucking Mexico or Canada, and take a flight from there. I bet this whole Air Marshall this is something that the government has wanted to do since the sixties or seventies, they just didn't have a good enough damn excuse. And, I'm not even going on about the pussies on the flights that actually hit the World Trade Center and Pentagon. But, the one's that went down fighting in Pennsylvania, hell ya they're in my prayers every fucking night. This country's going to shit and we're letting it, we're just setting everything up for another Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, or bin Laden to come in and take over, except this time the son of a bitch will be elected our fucking President.

I Say He Is.

Just came across this article at Yahoo News. This Veteran of World War Two, was told that he wasn't a legal U.S. Citizen when he went to get an enhanced drivers license to make a trip to Canada to see family and friends. He was born in British Columbia to parents that were U.S. Citizens. So, by our laws he should be a naturalized citizen. But, his parents didn't fill out the appropriate paperwork, so now he's buried in paper and red tape.

I Think I May Run For President.

I figure hell why not, I can't do any worse than the presidents we've had in the past. Now, I have nothing against our President, nor the one's we've had in the past. But, it seems they're too damn worried about politics to actually do anything for our country. There is a lot of talk and smoke and curtains before the elections, and then afterwords...NOTHING. Don't know why, but it just does. From, "No new taxes!" to "Change". Now, I know that it's pretty damn difficult to fulfill campaign promises because of Congress bureaucracy. They're too damn busy arguing over who's right to get any thing done. Too worried about being a Democrat or Republican, (right wing, left wing, liberal, conservative, whatever you want to call it) to actually work toward making the right changes for our country for continued growth.

We're supposed to be a World Power, the back bone of the United Nations. But, we're tripping ourselves up and about to come crashing down because of our government. The Political Parties are too busy arguing and trying to one up the others to make any progress for our nation. A perfect example was the debate over the national debt a few years back. During the debate over the national debt a few years back, one party came up with a solution to completely eliminate the national debt in seven years, sounded damn good to me at the time, and it would have nearly been paid off by now, but the other decided that it wasn't good enough and it should be done in five. So, neither plan got put into place because one would take too long and the other would put too much strain on the national budget. Now, as you should vary well know since there was no plan put into place our national debt hasn't went down but has went up since this debate. And, it was nothing but a sibling rivalry that kept it from happening, so would the seven year plan have really been that bad? I think not.

Even today it's the same damn story. They're saying let's help the little people and small business owners, get this economy going uphill. But, they're not doing anything to actually help. They spent billions to bail out the big companies, big banks, big auto, big oil. Everybody but the little guy. They passed this tax bill to help stimulate the economy, "Buy a house, get thousands." What wasn't well published is the fact that you'd have to pay back the money from the tax credits, and it counted as income. And, with the bank bail outs, that just kept the people with the money from having to file bankruptcy while the people that put the big companies in the bind they were in still couldn't afford to make their house payments, their car payments, insurance, hell it was hard to even buy groceries and pay bills. But, they didn't try to help the people that have the real debt, if they would have helped the citizens of The United States of America, this whole economic depression would be pretty well over by now. They spent billions of dollars and estimates of total costs are into the trillions. I've seen cost estimates of twenty to forty thousand per PERSON, if they would have given this money to the taxpayers/citizens that would have done more to stimulate the economy that the plan they utilized. I know if they would have given me that much, married with three kids, one to two hundred thousand dollars, I would have paid off my truck and house, bought a new bike and a few other toys, already have had my company started, and the saved back the rest (little less than half if it was the lower end of the estimate). Which I would bet that's what most Americans would have done, so the money would have got to the companies anyway. So it would have helped everybody. And of course there would have been some that just blew it all, and others that would have saved it all. But, like I said, I'd bet that at least sixty to seventy percent of Americans would have split the money between catching up and saving.

Now if I were to run for President my objectives would be a little bit radical compared to what you see today. I would work for a flat tax of fifteen percent, the ONLY people that would qualify for a tax break would be people that fall under the poverty level. I'm personally all for paying my taxes and funding our government, and I would happily give fifteen percent of my wages to them IF Bill Gates, Tom Cruise, Oprah, and the other people that make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year payed their fifteen percent.

And the only gun laws I would support would put guns in the hands of law abiding American citizens, and for proper GUN EDUCATION. Just like you hear in the news when a kid shoots his little brother with daddy's thirty eight, "I didn't know it was real!", "I thought it was a toy! We were just playing cops and robbers." They don't fucking know the difference because they have been protected from the gun because it was hidden from them and they weren't taught about the gun and how to use it and how it works as a tool. If they want to bring violence down they need to put their money into education instead of control. And, as far as types of guns you could own, I would make it open. Now, if you need a fully automatic AK-47 to hunt a deer, you should just stay home and buy beef. But, for recreational purposes and for national defence I think they should hand them out at every military base, but only one per person and you have to be registered to that gun, and if you sell it, HEAVY PENALTIES.

And, with driving, I would work to make it a requirement to have a motorcycle license and at least two years of experience riding before you could get a regular divers license, and then another five years before you could get a CDL. Example coming up. What do you hear most when you hear of a car hitting a bike? "I didn't see him coming." That's because you either can't see, or you didn't look. PERIOD! Now you'll notice that the vast majority of the people that didn't see the biker are in fact not bikers, and have never been on a motorcycle. So they don't know the true danger of riding, or the effects a wreck will cause. Plain and simple, bikers look when driving, non-bikers usually don't.

I have many other things I would work on, and I wouldn't stay quiet about thing that the government wanted me too. Which is how it looks from my front porch. The Presidential Candidates talk big during the elections and on their campaign trails. But, when they get elected it's like they get a personal custom made muzzle and all you hear from them is a bunch of runaround talk and silence.

Politically Correct?

Yes, you are handicapped, you are disabled, you are retarded, you are black, you are white, you are fat, you are ugly, you are (insert anything here).

If you change disabled to differently abled, it DOES NOT change the condition.
If you change retarded to mentally challenged, it DOES NOT change the condition.
Fat is NOT big boned, nor does it look good in spandex. Not all blacks are of African decent. Not all whites are of European decent.

Political Correctness is getting in the way of everything. Hell, political speak in general is getting in the way of everything. Candy coating what things are does not change what it is at all. Calling me Caucasian or a Euro-American, doesn't make me less white. It doesn't make my skin burn less, nor does it make me dance better. Yes, I know, stereotypes. And, yes I do know in fact that a black person can get sunburned and not all can dance. Just using them as examples of ignorance for those who don't know.

Let's get into this Caucasian thing why don't we.

Caucasian: Adj. 1) Person of the fair-skinned tacial divisions. 2) Of or pertaining to the Caucasus mountian range of the languages of the region.  n 3) member of the Caucasian race 4) A native of Caucasia, a region between the Black and Caspian Seas.

I fit the first one. As far back as I know, none of my family is from nor has been to Caucasia. So, can I really consider myself Caucasian? I don't think so personally. I'm just an American heinz 57 white boy. Nothing special about me, so don't put a special label on me.

Now to the capper part.

Now, I have a hip problem, and I can get one of the little blue stickers or even a permanent tag for all my vehicles because of said hip problem. Couldn't get into the military because of it either. I can still walk, run, swim, drive and ride my bike. And, yea it gets to hurting at times, sometimes bad enough to make me cry. But, I refuse to get a tag becasue there are people out there who need to use those spaces way more than I do.

Handicap: n 1) Disadvantage 2) Physical or mental disability. v 3) to place at a disadvantage.

Humm, sounds like handicapped is the correct term after all. I don't consider myself handicapped because my hip does not hinder me from doing anything at all. It may make me pause sometimes, but never stops me. These people are handicapped becasue it prevents them from doing something as good as the vast majority of people do. Some can not learn as well, some can't run at all, some can't use their hands as effeciently as I do. They are at a disadvantage to most people because of this. But, they are not second class citizens, nor do they deserve to be treated with any less respect than your own flesh and blood, boss, or buddies.

Political Speak.

Don't have much to say specifically on this. Except, just read the Constitution Of The United States Of America, the Declaration Of Independance, and the Articles Of Confederation. Then take bills bassed today by our government and you can see the difference. The Constitution is written so that any man, woman or child can read it and understand it clearly and completely. Todays laws are written so that only the lawmakers, lawyers, and judges can understand them, and even at that some still can't. There is a problem with that system,. Any law passed by your government, you should be able to read and understand and know exactly what that law covers.

Every American citizen should have read all three of the documents I mentioned. I have read the Constitution, took me about three hours total. Most people spend more time than that jerking off each week. I'm currently reading the Articles. And, will then move on to the Declaration.

My fellow Americans, I don't care about your background, heritage, or handicap. We need to cut the bullshit out of our lives, and quit covering up the real problems. And that my friends is what P.C. does, It sweeps the roaches under the carpet and then says we don't have roaches. Come on people, let us be honest with each other and our selves. I'm not Euro-American, I'm just AMERICAN, not hyphenated, I don't identify with another country. I was born here, raised here, and will die here. If you immigrated here, and have gained or in the process of gaining your citizenship. Just be an American. You left your counrty for a reason and came here for a reason. If you were born here, just be American. Be proud you're here, and let's work together to make this country great again.
