Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit
Drew Manning is a personal trainer who has set out to gain about fifty or sixty pounds in six months and then lose it again, for the first time. I came across this story on Yahoo's home page. He has always been into staying fit and healthy, and became a certified personal trainer after college. And, it seems that he has done very well for himself. He stood at six foot two and a shade over a hundred and ninety pounds, with damn near eight pack abs, when he started this journey. At the time of his Yahoo interview he had about a month left before he went back to eating healthy and exercising, and has thus far gained seventy pounds, ten more than his projected weight gain. He decided to gain the extra weight to see for him self just how hard it is to be fat and to lose the weight and get in shape. He related the food cravings for some foods as akin to an addiction.
